On Tuesday, 17th September 2024, SINTEF Helgeland hosted an online workshop together with the Arctic Cluster Team and one of the H4C founding members of the Hubs4Circularity Community of Practice (H4C COP), namely Mo Industripark, with the aim to understand the “state of play” in the H4C COP. Interactive tools were used to identify drivers and barriers of H4C in the clusters.
Results indicate that H4Cs are associated with collaboration and innovation. Existing collaborations are seen as a driver of the H4C, but still, new forms for collaborations need to be developed to overcome challenges with logistics and resource sharing. Financial opportunities and risks were named as the most challenging barriers.
