On November 29-30, 2023, the Transition Finance Event will take place at one of Europe’s largest chemical clusters in Geleen, The Netherlands, close to Belgium, and Germany.
The event will bring together a consortium of key players for two days of discourse and innovation. Co-hosted by Cefic, the World Economic Forum, A.SPIRE, Hubs4Circularity Community of Practice, and others, this event holds significance as a catalyst for change in the process industry, especially within the chemical sector.
The Transition Finance Event will consist of multiple sessions and insightful guided bus tours at the Chemelot Industrial Park, offering participants a firsthand glimpse into transformative technologies.
With a focus on three pivotal topics – transition finance, blended finance, and transition strategy – the event will foster discussions across three vantage points: policymakers, investors, and project promoters, including hubs, clusters, and companies.
The dialogues will explore complexities surrounding public policies and private strategies concerning transition finance, the implementation of innovative practices in blended finance, and the sharing of triumphant narratives and case studies relating to transition strategies.
